My name is Colleen Jackson and I have the solution to your property management needs. As a licensed Realtor, I have been an active Property Manager for over 10 years. The early years of my career were spent managing a smaller number of portfolio properties and, the focus was on quality customer service. As the years passed and the market shifted, the company grew quickly with the focus on continued growth and revenue and less on quality customer service. . It is time for me to get back to basics… and, Pride Property Management was born!

As a smaller boutique firm, Pride Property Management offers expertise, integrity and, customer service. We offer a smaller portfolio of properties which means, a more intimate relationship with property owners. We offer a highly experienced team to serve your needs. The managing Broker, Steve Bellizzi, and my partner, retired from public servitude as a Real Estate Fraud Investigator. And, with over 10 years of direct property management experience, I understand what it takes to get the job done.

Supply rental applications and all other documents necessary to meet Landlord/Tenant Laws. Handle all tenant problems. Fully account for all deposits. Obtain bids and notify our clients prior to any excessive expenses regarding their property. Ensure all required maintenance is done in a timely manner. Provide 24-hour emergency service. Fully computerized and detailed monthly statements accounting for all income and disbursements. Disburse all tenant deposit refunds and supply required documentation. All collected rent and deposits are maintained in a client's trust account, subject to periodic auditing. Thoroughly screen all prospective tenants. Our web page provides 24 hour marketing of your vacant property. We use leading edge software for managing your properties efficiently and cost-effectively.

    At any time and from anywhere, we are able to securely access data about all properties. Sensitive records are safely stored in a state-of-art data center which is automatically and routinely backed up.

    The statements are organized in a concise and easy to read format that details the performance of your property for the previous month. We can also post these monthly statements on a secure Owners Portal.

How it works:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
